You can manually locate a customer in POS Console while serving meals by entering their Name or PIN Number in Search View. You can also use Photo Roster View to locate customers by Homeroom and Photo.


Locate a Customer by Name or PIN

1. Under Current View, click Search:


2. Optional: When using the built-in on-screen keyboard, select a Keyboard Mode; Keyboard to enter Names or Keypad to enter PINs:


3. Enter the customer's Name or PIN in the Search (by Name or PIN) field:


4. If the customer you're searching for is not displayed, click Search District to search district-wide:

Note! District wide searching may not be enabled by default and can be enabled on the District Meal Service Settings page.


5. Once the customer has been located, click their Name tag to select them for service:



Locate a Customer by Photo Roster View

1. Under Current View, click Photo.


2. Click the Homeroom dropdown menu and select the homeroom the student attends:


3. Locate the customer's Photo and click on it to select them for service:

Note! Using Photo Roster View requires that customers be assigned to homerooms. See Homerooms for more information.
