Important Change for Compliance

The new USDA Nondiscrimination Statement (for FNS) has been loaded into MealTime and all unedited English letters have been updated with the new text. The USDA has not provided official translations for languages other than English as of this release. We will continue to monitor this situation. 

Please note that, as in the past, we will not overwrite or make changes to letters you have edited. We do not want to undo all your hard work. Please manually update the USDA Nondiscrimination statement in edited letters OR restore letters from their defaults to meet this requirement.

The Student Listing report now includes the option of simulated eligibility for students qualified for SUN Bucks but without NSLP/SBP eligibility due to enrollment at a school participating in Provision 2 or CEP. US-3469

The Application Needs Review tab will now offer a validation dialogue when the “Accept & Process” button is clicked, and the application is incomplete or would result in a potentially undesirable outcome (ie. a reduction in benefits or a negative change in eligibility source hierarchy). US-3470

The Application Determination tab now displays the simulated eligibility for applicants that have qualified for SUN Bucks in both the section header text and in the “Notes” column for each student on the application. This should help users avoid having to calculate the simulated eligibility of students without determined eligibility due to enrollment at a school participating in Provision 2 or CEP. US-3473
