Description

Administration

Interface Improvement

One of the filters featured on the Customer Allergens & Diet Restrictions report needed a better label to avoid confusion. We’ve updated the text to clarify that “Include Inactive” means “Include Inactive Customers.”

Administration

New Report

Meals and A la Carte items may now be inactivated to prevent them from being used at your POS Console. Please note that inactivating these items will not affect reports that display past sales.

Eligibility Management

Feature Improvement

Applications imported from RocketScan will now be placed in the Needs Review tab if the students on the app already have a higher eligibility via another application or agency certification.

Eligibility Management

Report Update

For New Jersey clients only, the Master Eligibility List report has been updated to match the most recent version released by the state of New Jersey. It now includes Medicaid Free and Medicaid Reduced.

Point of Sale

Feature Improvement

Point of Sale templates may now be inactivated to prevent them from being used at your POS Console.

System-wide

Bug Fix

The Customer Import system has been improved so that, when importing customer data and re-activating an inactive customer, the record is no longer rejected if there are other inactive customers with the same PIN, but no other active customers with that PIN.

Eligibility Management

Bug Fix

The Verification Summary report has been improved so the “Paid eligible students with no determination” line item includes students with no determination, students with expired eligibility, and students that were determined Paid eligible in previous years.

Eligibility Management

Bug Fix

A bug involving subsidy qualification has been identified and addressed. New applications entered for students with existing Free or Reduced eligibility, in which the new application determination is Paid eligible, and qualification for subsidy is also conferred, will now consistently indicate that the app qualifies for subsidy on the Determination tab of the application.

Eligibility Management

Bug Fix

We addressed an issue in which competing eligibility sources would cause unnecessary record changes upon agency certification import.

POS Console

Bug Fix

A rare bug affecting Phantom Balance has been addressed. POS Station overrides will now truly override the District Meal Service Settings for Phantom Balances in all cases.

The next MealTime update is scheduled for November 2024
