The New Jersey Income Guidelines (NJEIE) for the 2025-2026 school year have been loaded and will become available on 7/1/2025. (US-3467)

Eligibility Management

Feature Improvement

An option to select SUN Bucks as an application processing type has been added to Eligibility Management’s Application Entry page. (US-3456)

Eligibility Management

Feature Improvement

Letters to support SUN Bucks for participating states have been loaded into the Letter portion of the program. These will be queued for applicants that qualify for SUN Bucks only, not NSLP/SBP, because their students attend a CEP or Provision 2 school. (US-3458, 3466)

Eligibility Management

Interface Improvement

We refined terms and wording in several sections of the “Customize Your Framework” process in Apply Online. Changes include typo corrections and improved phrasing for clarity in areas like 'Identify Student' and 'Identify Adult Income.' These updates should further enhance readability and align with our style standards. (BG-18998)

Eligibility Management

Interface Improvement

We aligned the Apply Online menu items and page titles for consistency. For example, the menu item 'Program Features' now correctly leads to the page titled 'Apply Online Global Settings.' (BG-19000)

Eligibility Management

Interface Improvement

The ‘MTO Applications’ source label has been changed to 'Apply Online' for consistency. (BG-19020)

Eligibility Management

Feature Improvement

Users of Apply Online 2.0 should note that a new receipt is now automatically sent from MealTime to parents upon completion of their application. This receipt informs households that the application is in queue and may take up to 10 days to process depending on the details of the application. (US-3451)

Eligibility Management

Feature Improvement

MealTime now instructs Apply Online 2.0 to flag CEP and Provision 2 schools, ensuring compliance when considering SSN requirements for families completing applications for provisional schools. This will help avoid requesting SSN information when none is required. (BG-19002)

Eligibility Management

Interface Change

When adding or editing an application in Eligibility Management, you may now select “SSN Withheld” in cases where the SSN has not been provided by the application signer. This will satisfy SSN requirements (where no SSN is requested or collected) for SUN Bucks. (US-3450)

Eligibility Management

Feature Improvement

We fixed a logic validation issue in Apply Online Frameworks where pause dates within valid program ranges were incorrectly rejected. Users can now define pause ranges without encountering errors when dates are valid. (BG-19015)

Eligibility Management

Bug Fix

We fixed an issue where instructional content was not carried forward when using MTAO 2.0’s “Duplicate” button to copy an existing framework. All settings and content are now duplicated. (BG-19023)

General

Feature Improvement

We’ve added the ability to choose simulated eligibility for SUN Bucks qualification in the Customer Export feature. This simulated eligibility does not change a student’s determined NSLP/SBP eligibility. (US-3457)

General

Bug Fix

We resolved a timeout issue on the Customer Export Execute page originally reported by a client. When switching between export definitions, the page now loads correctly without redirecting to a general error screen. Query performance improvements have been applied to this workflow. (BG-19007)
