"We," "our" or "us" means The CLM Group, Inc.
"You" or "your" means any person or entity using the mealtime5.com website or the related call center (collectively the "Facilities").
"Nonpublic personal information" is nonpublic information that is personally identifiable and obtained in connection with your use or our operation of the Facilities.
"Personally Identifiable Information" or "PII" refers to information that can be used to uniquely identify, contact, or locate a single person or can be used with other sources to uniquely identify a single individual.

We will not collect any information unless you choose to provide it to us.
We will collect information we receive from you on registration or other forms or from use of the Facilities including, but not limited to, data imports and data entry to complete and support activities for which data was provided.

Users may, but are not required to, send inquiries or request further information about The CLM Group, Inc. and its products and services through completing a contact or request form or sending us an email message. Our clients own the information collected using MealTime's Facilities. We store this information for them for the duration of our contractual agreement. Unless required by law, we will not divulge any statistics or other data collected by our products to any party other than our client. When a contract with one of our clients is terminated, we will keep data for a discretionary period of time after the termination of the contract, and then we will permanently delete or destroy such information. Our clients may retain that information for any length of time, in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
Our clients only have access to the data collected from their own respective websites, and we do not build an aggregate profile of a visitor's browsing habits.
V. INFORMATION WE MAY DISCLOSE
We may disclose all of the nonpublic personal information we collect to "third parties" (companies) that perform services on our behalf, such as data centers or credit card processors. We may also disclose all of the nonpublic personal information we collect as permitted by law, such as to servicing and processing companies, or in response to a subpoena.

MealTime allows you to log into the site and modify personal information you submitted during profile registration. Information such as password, email address and phone number can all be updated by you.
