The Income Survey List page provides a list of all Income Surveys submitted to MealTime, divided in to four tabs;


  • Needs Review - Surveys that don’t make a positive match on entry to MealTime are available to review and match on a per-student basis using the information that was sent, comparing it to student information already in MealTime.

  • AcceptedSurveys that make a positive match with a student on entry to MealTime are automatically accepted. These can be reviewed and modified as desired, but no other work is required.

  • Rejected - Surveys that you don’t want to keep, such as those filled out erroneously, can be rejected and discarded.

  • Archived - Surveys that have been replaced by a new version.

Review An Income Survey

1. Click the Needs Review tab.


2. Click on the Survey ID of a survey in the list that you want to review.


The Review window displays (parent) information on the left-hand side and the student information on the right. This student information is based on what was submitted by the parent:


3. Erroneous student entries can be rejected easily by clicking Reject. Otherwise, click Match to open the window for finding and matching the income survey student information to a student record in MealTime.


4. In the Match window, locate and select a student using Search and their information will appear next to the search box so you can compare it with the entered information from the survey on the right:


5. If satisfied with the match, click Accept to move the survey to the Accepted tab, otherwise click Reject to discard the survey and move it to the Rejected tab. Accept or reject every student on the survey to move the survey out of the Needs Review tab. Click Cancel to cancel the process.


If you need to amend your acceptance or rejection of a survey, you may do so at any time. Simply locate the survey on the appropriate tab and open it. Any changes you make will take effect upon completion.
