Queue View is designed to allow serving two lines of customers from one POS Station. In this scenario, customers are being identified by scanning their barcode, entering their Name or PIN Number with a 10-key pad or keyboard, scanning their finger using the finger scanner or clicking Search to locate them by Name or PIN number. Once identified they are added to the Queue, waiting to be served.
