The Customer Purchase Control Settings report provides a listing of customers and their individual purchase control settings.



-> Go To: Point Of Sale > REPORTS > Customer Accounts > Customer Purchase Control Settings


Access the Customer Purchase Control Settings report

1. Select by School.
Options are: All Schools, All Schools Separately or an Individual School.


2. Select by Grade. 
Options are: All Grades or an Individual Grade.


3. Select by Eligibility.
Options are: All Eligibilities, Free, Reduced or Paid.


4. Select by Override Status. 
Options are: All Customers, Customers With Overrides or Customers Without Overrides.
Note! Customers with Overrides are customers who's purchase control settings have been changed from the default settings.


5. Click View Report to generate the report for view:


6. While viewing the report, click Print Report to print or Export CSV to export the report as a CSV file.
