The Manage Customer Subsidy page is used to manually determine a student participating in a state subsidy program.

Manage Customer Subsidy

1. Locate the customer using the Search window and click Edit to edit the customer's subsidy information.


2. Select the *Customer Subsidy.


3. Enter the Effective Date and Expiration Date.


4. Add Notes specifying the reason for selecting the Subsidy.


5. Click Save to save the edit or Cancel to cancel the process.

This section displays a history of changes made to the customer's subsidy status, providing the Date/Time of the change, the changes made, the subsidy type and the User who made the change:
