The Manage Customer Subsidy page is used to manually determine a student participating in a state subsidy program.

Manage Customer Subsidy
1. Locate the customer using the Search window and click Edit to edit the customer's subsidy information.

2. Select the *Customer Subsidy. |
3. Enter the Effective Date and Expiration Date. |
4. Add Notes specifying the reason for selecting the Subsidy.

5. Click Save to save the edit or Cancel to cancel the process. |

This section displays a history of changes made to the customer's subsidy status, providing the Date/Time of the change, the changes made, the subsidy type and the User who made the change: |
