MealTime's mPower application provides four different default roles for the Eligibility Management module, each with their own permission structure:


Administrator - 
complete permissions in Eligibility Management
Eligibility Manager - 
same permissions as Admin minus ability to import customer data 
Data Entry - 
permissions to import and enter application data only 
Report Specialist - 
permissions to print letters and reports and export customer data only


For example, Administrators have all permissions while Eligibility Managers have the same, minus the ability to import customer data. The Data Entry role can enter application data while the Report Specialist can only print letters & reports and export customer data.
