This is the third step in the verification process for MealTime.

 

Step 3: Print the SFA Verification Collection Report when verification is complete, no later than 11/15.

 

Once Verification has completed, generally after November 15th, print the SFA Verification Collection report found in Eligibility Management > Reports > Verification Reports > SFA Verification Collection Report.

 


 

Choose the date for which students should be counted. For most users this should be the last day in October.

 

Be aware that the report used in MealTime is modeled after the USDA's Verification Collection report. If your state requires a different format, you'll need to take the information provided on this report and use it to fill out your state's report, as necessary. 

 

The information on the report is calculated based on the application count as of 10/1 (beginning 12:01 AM) or on 10/1 (ending 11:59 PM) and the Student Count as of 10/31 11:59 PM. This selection is made in Eligibility Management > Eligibility > Verification > Verification Set up. This was done in verification step one.
