MealTime's POS Console displays POS Alert messages during meal service that have been set for customers on their Customer Information page. These alerts are triggered when a customer is identified or selected and must be dismissed before the transaction can continue.
The following is an example of a "Check ID" POS Alert message set in the customer's record:
