When an identified or selected customer has an allergen/diet restriction associated with their customer record, the restriction(s) will be displayed in red text below their picture in the Customer Profile.
In this example the customer has Diet Restrictions to Gluten and Dairy:

If you select an offering for the customer that includes the allergen/diet restriction(s), such as Breakfast Meal, an alert message will be displayed showing the selected offering and the allergen/diet restriction(s) associated with it:

Handle a Diet Restriction during service
1. When the Diet Restriction message is displayed, click Serve to continue with serving the offering to the customer or click Don't Serve to remove the offering.
