There are occasions when a transaction needs to be quickly voided during service, such as when the wrong offerings are served or a meal is served to the wrong customer. MealTime's POS Console makes this process simple.
Void Completed Transactions during service
1. Under Current View, click Queue:

Served Customers are displayed on the right side of the Queue View window:

2. Optional. Click the white i Symbol on the left of a transaction to reveal detailed information, such as offerings served and payment type:

3. Click the red Ban Symbol on the right of the selection you want to void:

4. Click Void to complete the void process or Cancel to cancel the process:

Voided transactions are then labeled as such in the Customers Served list:
