Customer Account Balances are displayed to the right of the customer photo in the Customer Profile window of POS Console, depending on the chosen display option. See Account Balance Display Options for more information.
Check Customer Account Balances
1. Identify the Customer.
2. Look to the right of the customer's photo in the Customer Profile window. If the Display option is set to Always, the balances are displayed:
3. If no balances are displayed and the Balance button is present, click Balance to display them:
Note! If no balances are displayed and no Balance button is present, then the Balance Display option has been set to Never. |
