The Customer Queue has been enabled to retain all customers in the event of an unexpected end to your POS Console session. This means if your computer battery dies or your system spontaneously reboots itself while you have customers in the queue, you can restart your session with those customers still in the queue.


Recover your Queue

Restart your session as you normally would and when prompted, choose to Keep Customers In Queue:


Note! It is strongly suggested that you click on the Print List of Customers in Queue option when your session has ended unexpectedly. This will give you a means to ensure that your customers are accounted for.
