Before You Begin:

If you want to send Balance Statements via email, you will need to provide SMTP credentials to a MealTime Support Technician who will test and verify functionality for you. This will likely require some assistance from your organization's IT Department.

Access to individual parts of this feature depend on a user's role and the permissions granted to that role. Point of Sale Administrators and Kitchen Managers can add and edit Balance Statement designs. The Cashier Plus role can print and email already queued statements. Cashiers have no access at all.

Note! You may want to use the POS User Settings found in the Administration module to prevent users with Kitchen manager and Cashier Plus roles from creating, modifying, and printing balance Statements for schools other than their own.
