The Letter History page provides a list of sent and discarded letters in chronological order. It is a journal of letter activity. In the history list, you can reprint a letter, but cannot modify the letter. Separate tabs are provided for Email, Mail and Discarded Letters.

View the Letter History

1. Select the Email, Mail or Discarded tab depending on which Letters you want to view.
Email tab provides a history of Letters sent by Email.
Mail tab provides a history of Letters printed and sent by Mail.
Discarded tab provides a history of Letters that were queued and discarded due to a newer letter being generated.


2. Select a Queued Date Range or use All Dates.


3. Select an Application Letter Type or use All Letter Types.


4. Select a User or All Users.


5. Select number of letters to Show.


6. Click the View button. Letters will be shown in a list below based on your previous selections:


Resend an Email Letter

√ Check the box beside the chosen letter(s) and click the Send button.



Reprint a Mail Letter

√ Check the box beside the chosen letter(s) and click the Print button.


Note! If you are using an older or lower-powered PC, you may need to reduce the number of letters printed at one time.



Print a Discarded Letter

1. Click on the letter in the list you want to print to open the letter in a View window:


2. Click Print to print the Letter.


Note! If you do not see the Print button, Scroll through the entire content of the Letter using your mouse scroll wheel. You will see a scrollbar on the right when this action is taken. Print button is located at the bottom of the Letter.
