Federal Income Eligibility Guidelines are used to determine the Free, Reduced and Paid status of an application that is determined. These guidelines are updated automatically as soon as they are released by the federal government and are available at the beginning of each fiscal year, July 1st. The Income Guidelines page provides access to this information.

How the Income Eligibility Guidelines table displays data

From left to right:


Household count total members;

1-50

Reduced meals income requirement broken down by pay periods;
Annual, Monthly, Semi-Monthly, Bi-Weekly, Weekly.
Free meals income requirement broken down by pay periods;
Annual, Monthly, Semi-Monthly, Bi-Weekly, Weekly.


The table can be filtered by School Year, Household Size (count) and Pay Period to display just the income eligibility information you want. Filtered results are displayed immediately.



Filter the table

1. Select a school year from the For the Period of dropdown menu.
Years are displayed from the beginning date of July 1st. to the end of year date of June 31st. such as, 07/01/2019 - 06/31/2020.


2. Select the number of members in the household from Household Size dropdown menu.


3. Select a Pay Period from the corresponding dropdown menu.
Pay periods are annual, twice a month, once a month, every 2 weeks or once a week.
