If your student qualifies for free or reduced priced meals, then discounted or free school services may also be available. You can add these additional other benefits to MealTime on the Other Benefits page. These benefits may include:

  • College Application Fees
  • Pre-College Exams (PSAT/SAT/ACT)
  • Summer Programs and Camps
  • Running Start Books
  • Associated Student Body Fees
  • Athletic Fees
  • Event Fees
  • All-Day Kindergarten

Manage Other Benefits

1. Select a Benefit from the Search window and click Edit or click Add to add a New Benefit.


2. Enter the Benefit Name and Benefit Short Name.
The short name is a shortened or abbreviated version of the Benefit Name.  


3. Enter a Benefit Description.


4. If you are using Mealtime Apply Online (MTAO), enter the MTAO Benefit Key that corresponds to the benefit name in MTAO. If you are not a current MTAO subscriber, re-type the benefit name in this field for future use.


5. Enter the Scanned App Benefit Key that corresponds to the benefit name in your scanned application software. If you are not currently using scanned apps, re-type the benefit name in this field for future use.


6. Select an Expiration Date Type for the benefit. This can be either End of school year or Expiration date of student's eligibility.


7. Select the Status of the benefit, either Active or Inactive.


8. Click Save to save the benefit or Cancel to cancel.
