The Eligibility Expiration Notice Settings page provides access to settings that affect eligibility notifications, such as when the notice is sent out, how many times it is sent and which eligibility sources generate notifications.

Edit Eligibility Expiration Notice Settings

1. Click Edit to enable editing mode.


2. Select the number of Days Until Expiration before the First Notice is generated and queued up.
The default is 10 days. This means that 10 days before eligibility expires, the notice will be created, queued up and ready to send.
Options are: 30 Days, 15 Days, 10 Days, 7 Days, 5 Days, 3 Days, 2 Days or 1 Day.


-> Repeat this process for the Second Notice and the Third Notice, if sending more than one.


3. Select the Eligibility Sources that will generate Eligibility Expiration Notices.
Options are: Applications, Agency Certs, Imported Eligibilities, Overridden Eligibilities and Provisional Carryover.


4. Choose to Create Notices for Contacts without Contact Info.
Creates a notice for printing only. This is useful for customers without contact info in MealTime.


5. Choose to Create Notices for Contacts without Active Students.
Creates notices for contacts of Inactive students.


6. Choose to Use Email Instead of Address when Available.
