The Insufficient Application Information report lists all applications that cannot be determined because information required has not been provided by the applicant. Each entry in the report works as a link to the application; simply click to view.
-> Go To: Eligibility Management > REPORTS > Application Reports > Insufficient Application Information
View / Print the Insufficient Application Information report
| 1. Select a time period for the application date. |
Options are All Dates or variations of: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually or Custom Date Range.
For Custom Date Range, click on the date displays to open the calendar window. |
| 2. Filter applications by status. |
| Options are: Processed or Unprocessed. |
| 3. Click the View Report button to view the report: |
| Note! Each entry in the report functions as a link to that application. To see an application's details, click on its row in the report to view it on the Application Entry page in MealTime. |
| 4. When the report is viewable, click Print Report to open the print window to print or save as PDF. |
