The Household Information page displays household information and the students associated with a selected household.

Manage Households

1. Locate the Household using the Search window and click the Edit button to edit or click the Add button to add a new Household.
To locate a Household in the Search window, use one of the following: Household Number, Primary Contact first name, Primary Contact last name, Primary first and last name, Partial first name and/or last name or Customer ID of students in the household.


2. Enter the *Household Number
If not provided by the student information system, we recommend using the Customer ID. If you want all students in the household listed under one household, the household ID must be the same for all students and cannot be the Customer ID. If you are creating a record for someone who was not imported from a student information system, it will be necessary for you to create the Household first.


3. Select a *Language to be used for correspondence with the Household.
Options are English or Spanish.


4. Enter all the Primary Contact information in the provided fields.
First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Alt Phone Number, Email Address, Address Line 1 and Line 2, City, State and ZIP code.


5. Enter all the Secondary Contact information in the provided fields.
First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Alt Phone Number, Email Address, Address Line 1 and Line 2, City, State and ZIP code.

 

CUSTOMERS

This section displays all customers associated with the selected household, their grade, school, grade, birthday, and status. To show the customers in this list, they all need the same household ID. This would come from the Student Information System (SIS):
