| 1. Locate the customer using the Search window. |
| Options are: One Day, One Week, One Month, One Year, Current School year or Five Years. |
| Once a Date range is selected the customer's eligibility history will be displayed, showing Date/Time, details of the Changes, eligibility determination, the User who processed it and the source: |
