The Agency Cert List page provides a list of undetermined and determined Agency Cert applications.

The Agency Cert List provides separate tabs for Unprocessed and Processed Agency Certs.
Unprocessed
Lists all agency certification applications that have been started but are incomplete and cannot be determined without further attention.

Processed
Lists all agency certification applications that have been determined.

Select an Agency Cert to View or Edit
| 1. Select an Entered Date or date range and click the Update View button. |
Options are: All Dates or variations of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually or Custom Date Range.
For Custom Date Range, click on the date displays to open the calendar window. |
| 2. Click on the tab corresponding to the processing state of the agency cert you want to view or edit. |
| 3. Click on the agency cert entry in the list that you want view or edit: |
The Agency Cert page provides four tabs that correspond to aspects of the agency cert application process, along with a Letters tab. For detailed information see Agency Cert Entry.

| The Agency Cert Application used to apply for benefits, as found on the Agency Cert Entry page of MealTime. Edits to the agency cert can be made and notes entered here. |
| Benefits |
| The benefits provided by the agency certification. |
| Determination |
| Information pertaining to an agency certification's determination, such as Processing Type, Effective Date and Expiration Date. |
| Letters |
| A listing of all letters sent to family pertaining to the agency cert. |
