The Online Application Import page is used to import applications exported from MealTime Apply Online.

If your district uses MealTime Apply Online, parents of students can go to www.mymealtime.com/Apps and submit an application. Once the application is created, you can go to www.mymealtime.com/admin and export the completed applications.



-> Go To: Eligibility Management > ELIGIBILITY > Applications > Online Application Import


Import Online Applications

1. Click Import Online Applications.


2. Once the applications have been imported, go to Eligibility Management > Eligibility > Application List.


3. Select the Needs Review tab to review any application in the list.


4. Once the applications have been reviewed, go to Eligibility Management > Letters > Letter Queue to email or print the required determination letters.
