The Application List page provides access to eligibility applications in various states of processing.

The Application List provides separate tabs for applications in each state of processing:


Unprocessed
Applications that have been created, that are partially completed and saved yet not determined.


Needs Review
Applications downloaded from MealTime Apply Online when an existing application exists.
Applications that are listed in needs review require user interaction to determine whether the new application is rejected or received. DC apps always take precedence.


Determined
Applications that have been processed and a determination has been made.


Rejected
Apply Online applications rejected due to Needs Review process.


Verification
Applications with completed verification.


Note! On July 1, all Unprocessed, Needs Review, Rejected and Verification from the prior year are cleared from this page. However, you can still search for and find these applications. Processed applications from the prior year remain. You cannot edit them, but you can extend eligibility to siblings on these applications.



Select an Application to View

1. Select an Entered Date or date range and click the Update View button.
Options are: All Dates or variations of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually or Custom Date Range.
For Custom Date Range, click on the date displays to open the calendar window.


2. Click on the tab corresponding to the processing state of the application you want to view.
The Determined tab is displayed by default as it is the most commonly used.


3. Click on the entry in the list for the application you want to open:


The Application page provides four tabs that correspond to aspects of the application process, along with a History and Letters tab. For detailed information see Application Entry.


Application
The Income Application used to apply for benefits, as found on the Application Entry page of mPower. Edits to the application can be made and notes entered here.


Review
Information pertaining to a review process. Reviewing an application is necessary when an imported application from MealTime Apply Online conflicts with a current year application already on file for that student. 


Determination
Information pertaining to an application's determination. If an application appears to be questionable, then it must be verified. In this case you can move a determined application to that stage using the Select For Verification button.


Verification
Information pertaining to the verification for cause process.


History
A listing of all actions taken in the processing of the application.


Letters
A listing of all letters sent to family pertaining to the application.
