The Food Item Sales List is an important tool for analyzing food sales to determine which items to retain or drop from a menu. The report provides a list of food items, price, quantity, and total sales of each of your menu items for the specified time-period.

View / Print the Food Item Sales List
1. Select the time period. |
Options are: All Dates or variations of: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually or Custom Date Range. For Custom Date Range, click on the date displays to open the calendar window. |
2. Select summary for Campus, POS Station or Service Area. |
-> Filter further by selecting All, All Separately or an Individual Campus, POS Station or Service Area. |
3. Select items by customer type. |
Options are: All, Students Only or Non-Students Only. |
4. Select to View All Food Items by Name or All Food Items by Price. |
5. Click View/Print to generate the report for view: |
6. While viewing a report you can Download and Print using the icons in the view menu bar: |
Note! If the menu bar is not present, hover over the body of the report with your mouse cursor to enable it. |
Export the Food Items Sales List
1. Click the Export button to load the report for export: |
2. Select a format for export from the dropdown menu located in the view window header and click the Export button: |
