The State Reimbursement Claim report appears much like a data entry form, however, the report is view-only and cannot be modified. Although the report is generic for all states, the name of your state will appear in the title. The report can take several minutes to generate depending on the amount of activity at the school during the month requested.


The State Reimbursement Claim report data includes; General Information, Eligibility Counts, Revenue, School Lunch Program, School Breakfast Program, School Dinner Program, Special Milk Program and School Snack Program.

Access the State Reimbursement Claim report

1. Select Report Month and Year.


2. Select School


3. Click Create Report to generate the report view.


4. When the report is viewable, click Print This Page to print.


5. Click Export Data For All Schools to export and download data for all schools as a CSV file.



California State Reimbursement Claim report

For districts in California, the State Reimbursement Claim report provides a third filter option named CNIPS ID:

Entering a valid CNIPS ID in to this field and then clicking Export Data For All Schools will export the report in a state-specific format that can be uploaded directly to CNIPS.
