The Customer Balance List report provides you a list of students and their account balance for the chosen date.



-> Go To: Point Of Sale > REPORTS > Customer Accounts > Customer Balance List


Access the Customer Balance List

1. Select one or more balance types to include in the report; Positive, Zero or Negative.
OR - Enter a balance range in to the Minimum Balance and Maximum Balance fields.


2. Select Date.
Options are: Today, Yesterday or Custom Date.


3. Select by School to determine which school(s) to run the balance list for.
Options are: All Schools or an Individual School.


4. Select by Grade to narrow the list down by grade.
Options are: All Grades or an Individual Grade.


5. Choose which Eligibilities / Price Groups to include in the balance list.
Price Groups allow the user to choose individual Price Groups, which include student and non-student groups.


6. Select By Homeroom to include specific, Individual Homerooms or All Homerooms.


7. Select Family Account Status to display All Accounts, Family Accounts Only or Individual Accounts Only.


8. Select Enrollment Status.
Options are: All, Active or Inactive.


9. Choose to Sort by Customer Name, School, Grade or Homeroom.


10. Enable Show Fund Accounts to include them in the balance list.


11. Click View/Print to generate the report for view:


4. While viewing a report you can Download and Print using the icons in the view menu bar:
Note! If the menu bar is not present, hover over the body of the report with your mouse cursor to enable it.



Export the Customer Balance List report

1. Click the Export button to load the report for export:


2. Select a format for export from the dropdown menu located in the view window header and click the Export button:
