The Customer Account statement provides a detailed history of all purchases, deposits, and adjustments for a customer. The statement lists both meals and a la carte purchases and the current balance after each transaction. The account statement is often provided to parents.

View / Print the Customer Account Statement

1. Select the time period.
Options are: All Dates or variations of: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually or Custom Date Range.
For Custom Date Range, click on the date displays to open the calendar window.


2. Click Search to locate a specific customer.
Selecting a customer using the Search function will auto select the Campus they attend.


3. Select the campus.
The selected Campus defines which customers are available to select for inclusion in the account statement.


4. Select the customer.
Options are: All Customers or individual customers. 
If a customer is located using the Search function, their name will be displayed here automatically.


5. Choose to Show complex statement for all cafe account members to display a running balance. 


6. Choose to Include USDA Non-Discrimination Statement.


7. Click View Report to generate the report for view:


8. When the report is viewable, click Print Report to open the print window to print or save as PDF.
