Customer Price Groups allow you to combine specific grades of students with a specific eligibility so that separate meals can be assigned on a per group basis. For example, you may want a Paid K-3 price group and a Paid 4-6 price group to allow for different meal prices for each.

You can also create Non-Student price groups for adults and child visitors. For example, you may want to use specific price groups for students visiting from other schools, visiting parents or adult members of staff.

Manage Customer Price Groups

1. Select the price group you want to edit from the list window and click Edit or click Add to create a new price group.

Options are: Free, Paid, Reduced or Non-Student.

4. For Student Price Groups: select the Grades for the price group.
This section only applies to student price groups.

5. For Non-Student Price Groups: select a Non-Student Type, such as Adult.
This section only applies to non-student price groups.
